Hometown Builders Unlimited is a growing outdoor living contractor based in Slinger, WI where we specialize in construction of decks, covered patios, screen rooms, 3 season porches and various flat work.

Core Responsibilities:
- Gather all documents required for, and applying for permitting on all construction projects
- Organizing site evaluations as needed (PSE’s, Surveys, Utility Locates Etc.)
- Order materials for upcoming projects
- Oversee and manage the execution of construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
- Coordinate with designers, builders, subcontractors and customers.
- Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making, keeping projects on track.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction project management.
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Dedication to quality work and client satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a lead carpenter/foreman
- Prior deck building experience

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
